Black Princesses hammer Senegal to book seventh consecutive U-20 World Cup ticket

The Black Princesses booked qualification to the FIFA U-20 Women’s World Cup after a dominant performance against Senegal at the Baba Yara Stadium on Sunday.

The  Black Princesses thrashed their opponents 5-1 in the 2nd leg of the final round fixture in the FIFA U-20 Women's World Cup qualifier.

The Black Princesses who went into the game with a 2-0 advantage from the 1st leg progressed with a 7-1 aggregate score to make their 7th consecutive FIFA U-20 Women's World Cup appearance.

Beline Nyarko's brace, and a goal each from Maafia Nyame, Tracey Twum, and Salamatu Abdulai ensured Ghana was too strong for Senegal under the guidance of coach Yusif Basigi.
