The Black Stars of Ghana concluded their tour in Asia with a 1-0 loss to South Korea in their second international friendly.
The team came up short, unable to find the back of the net as Lee Tae-Seok scored the only goal to snatch victory for Korea in Seoul.
Following a 1-0 loss to Japan last Friday at the Toyota Stadium, Otto Addo and his side had hoped to close the friendly series with a victory, but the defeat to South Korea meant Ghana finished the November international window winless.
Benjamin Asare, Alidu Seidu, Gideon Mensah, Kojo Pepprah Oppong, Prince Owusu, Christopher Bonsu Baah, and Prince Kwabena Adu were all part of the starting lineup against South Korea.

Kamaldeen and Caleb Yirenkyi made efforts in the opening half but were unable to breach the South Korean defence. Both sides ended the first half goalless.
After the break, the Black Stars maintained their attacking intent but conceded in the 63rd minute. Lee Tae-Seok headed home at the far post following a brilliant cross from PSG’s Lee Kang-In.
Ghana came close to an equaliser when substitute Brandon Thomas-Asante struck from distance, only for his effort to hit the post.
South Korea had a chance to double their lead from the penalty spot, but goalkeeper Asare saved Hwang Hee-Chang’s attempt.
The Black Stars also had two goals by Kwabena Adu and Jonas Adjei Adjetey correctly ruled out for offside.
Despite late pressure, Otto Addo’s side could not find a breakthrough, and the game ended 1-0.
The Black Stars will regroup in March during the international window, when they are expected to play friendly matches as part of their preparations for the 2026 World Cup.
