The Black Stars have moved up one spot in the latest FIFA world rankings, climbing from 76th to 75th after their recent performances in the 2026 World Cup qualifiers.
Ghana’s rise follows a hard-fought draw against Chad and a crucial victory over Mali in the Matchday 8 fixtures earlier this month.
Despite the global improvement, their standing in Africa remains unchanged, with the four-time African champions still ranked 14th on the continent.
Head coach Otto Addo and his team will be looking to build on this progress when they return to international duty later in the year.
