Baby Jet Promotions boxer Emmanuel Tagoe has vowed to stop Argentina professional boxer David Saucedo in round 9 of their upcoming bout.
Tagoe will be making his first defence of his IBO lightweight belt against the Argentine at the Bukom Boxing Arena today.
The two boxers at Friday’s weigh-in made their respective weight for the fight, the duo weighed 135Ibs each.
The Maverick boxer Gameboy Tagoe at the news conference vowed to knock down Saucedo in the 9th round.
“I will stop Saucedo in round 9 I promise all Ghanaians,†Tagoe said. “If I don’t stop him in round 9 all Ghanaians should call me a fool.â€
“I won’t finish the 12 rounds with him. I will end it in round 9. If he proves stubborn on the night, then I will severely punish him.
“I want the ambulance to be closer to the ring, if he proves stubborn and passes round 9 I will send him to the hospital trust me.â€

The Bout is fixed for today at the Bukom Boxing arena with the gate opening at 5:pm.
