The Black Stars of Ghana and the Bafana Bafana of South Africa would square -off in a friendly match at the Moses Mabhida Stadium in South Africa tonight.

Kick-off time is 5pm Ghana time.

Both teams would use the game as part of preparations for their next 2018 World Cup qualification campaign as both teams drew their first qualifying games.

Ghana were held to a goalless draw by Uganda at Tamale while Burkina Faso managed to draw 1-1 with South Africa.

The game promises to be exciting as both teams are hoping to restore their pride ahead of the other qualification matches.

The Black Stars have become unpopular among Ghanaian after the disappointing display in Tamale and a win against South Africa would do the Stars a lot of good.

South Africa on the other have the advantage of playing at home and would rely on the support from their fans to win the game against the Black Stars.

The Stars would also be without Jonathan Mensah, Afriyie Acquah and Jordan Ayew due to injury.

The Black Stars were 2-1 winners in their last game against the South African’s in 2015 AFCON at Equatorial Guinea.
