Ghana has enjoyed a great campaign at the International Weightlifting Federation(IWF)Â Championship in Malaysia after Forester Osei grabs another gold.
Earlier this week, Christian Amoah won Gold at the youth event while Richmond Osarfo won silver and bronze. Forester on Friday added another gold for Ghana.
He won his gold in the 94kg category of the event and happens to be his first ever medal for Ghana.
According to the UK-based athlete, there would be more medals for Ghana in subsequent competitions.
"I am very happy for winning this medal since it was the main purpose for coming to Malaysia and grateful to everyone who supported", he stated.
He was pleased with the four medals won by Ghana stating that, "three athletes winning four medals is remarkable and certain more could be won with the needed support".
