Hearts of Oak defender, Mohammed Alhassan was rushed to the hospital on Sunday evening when he collapsed after the team’s match against Legon Cities FC.

The centre-back featured in the Phobians' draw with Legon Cities FC at the Accra Sports Stadium in the 2021/22 Ghana Premier League matchday 1 fixture.

The Phobians won it all last season – picking their first League title in 12 years and first FA Cup crown in 21 years but were held to a 0-0 draw match at the Accra Sports Stadium by the visitors.

After the encounter, Mohammed Alhassan felt dizzy and collapsed.

Fortunately, the ambulance service was around and rushed him to the hospital for medical care.
