National teams chairman of the Ad Hoc committee, Dr Patrick Ofori says Ghanaians are being unjust to judge the Normalization Committee (NC) based on five months.

According to him, the Normalization Committee may be wrong in other aspects but he thinks it's because the expectation is high on the part of football lovers in the country.

FIFA appointed the Normalization Committee on Aug 29, 2018, to run the daily affairs of  Ghana Football Association (GFA) until March 31, 2019.

The appointment of the Committee came as a result of a meeting between FIFA, Confederation of African Football (CAF) and Government of Ghana (GoG) after GoG decided to discontinue the liquidation of the Kwesi Nyantakyi-led Ghana Football Association.

Dr Patrick Ofori in an interview on Kumasi-based Otec FM believes that mistakes are bound to happen whenever there is a transition to a new era.

"For people to judge the NC based on five months, I don't think people are being fair to them. They may not be perfect in terms of other aspects but I think people are demanding so much from them that we are not being fair". He told Kumasi based Otec Fm.

The National team's chairman addressed Ghanaians comparison of the work of the NC and the amount they are been paid.

"Per their (NC) caliber, the $6,000 may not necessarily be enough for their lifestyle and their qualifications. You are bound to make mistakes when making a transition into a new era so people shouldn't quantificate and calm they perfect" he added.
