After winning the CNN goal of the week last week, Kevin-Prince Boateng continued his superb form in the Spanish La Liga after scoring in Las Palmas’ game on Sunday night.
Boateng was inspirational in his team’s dramatic 3-3 draw with Celta Vigo after Las Palmas went 3-0 down within 20 minutes.
The host, came back strongly to get two goals in the 52 and 66 minute before Boateng tapped home a cross from Michel Machado to put his team level.
Boateng missed the first two matches for his team due to suspension but has managed four goals so far.
Meanwhile Jordan Ayew also provided an assist for the opening goal in Aston Villa’s 1-1 draw with Birmingham.
He however suffered an injury in the 25th minute and was replaced by Ross McCormack while his brother, Andre Ayew's return from injury could not save his team from losing to Everton over the weekend.
