Black Stars head coach Kwesi Appiah will name his squad this week for the upcoming 2019 Africa Cup of Nations qualifier against Ethiopia this week.

It remains to be seen whether or not the Ayew brothers, Andre and Jordan will be included in the call-up for the Ethiopia clash.

The Ayew brothers have been absent since the World Cup qualifying match in Kumasi against Congo last year.

Kwesi Appiah is expected to retain captain Asamoah Gyan following his fantastic performance for his side notably, five days ago when he scored once and assisted twice for Kayserispor in a Turkish Cup game.

The Black Stars will travel to Addis Ababa to face Ethiopia on 18 November 2018 needing a win to boost their qualifying hopes.

The Black Stars are in third place in Group H; four points behind leaders Kenya who have seven but have played two matches less.
