Adotey’s Maidens begun their campaign poorly with a 5-0 defeat at the hands of Japan before rebounding to beat the much fancied Americans and Paraguay to advance to the quarterfinal stage at the U-17 Women World Championship in Amman, Jordan.
It remains to be seen if the coach could formulate a potent strategy to dominate the Koreans despite having little knowledge about them.
Ghana remains Africa’s only representative at the tournament and will hope to secure another victory on Thursday, 1pm Ghana time when the match is activated.
