Medeama Sporting Club owner, Moses Armah is not bankrupt according to the club spokesperson.

Medeama had pulled out from the G-6 tournament for top 5 clubs in last season’s league log plus the FA Cup winner which was to serve as a prelude preparation before the league proper commenced in December, fueling speculation the owner was broke and had gone bankrupt.

But spokesperson, Patrick Akoto debunked the rumours explaining “Mr Armah has a repertoire of companies. If he’s decided not to continue with his football interest, he has other businesses thriving.”

News filtered in recently that the Tarkwa based club’s bank roller had put the club he founded in 2002 for sale to focus attention on other holdings.
