Hearts of Oak coach Samuel Boadu has been named the NASCO Ghana Premier League Coach of the Season while the Phobians midfielder Salifu Ibrahim has claimed the Player of the Season award.
Samuel Boadu guided Hearts of Oak to the domestic double of the Ghana Premier League title as well as the MTN FA Cup.
He walked away with a shopping voucher worth GHc7000 and a personalized trophy.
Salifu Ibrahim on the other hand after his stunning campaign has been crowned as the Player of the Season.
He received a GHc5000 shopping voucher, an all expenses paid weekend stay at the Alisa Hotel and a personalized trophy.
The accolade sees Salifu add to his Ghana Football Awards home-based Player of the Year gong which he collected in July.
The 21-year-old played 33 matches, scoring three times, providing eight assists with eight MVP awards.
He saw off competition from WAFA’s Augustine Boakye and Hearts of Oak teammates Benjamin Afutu and Gladson Awako.
