It has been an entertaining World cup in Russia so far with the underdogs giving the big gangs a run for their money.

With only two matches to go to bring the curtains down to matchday one we have witnessed some great goals so far.

The former Manchester City defender scored a stunning free-kick as his country ease pass Costa Rica 1-0. Kolarov's 56th-minute effort rewarded Serbia for their overall quality. 4: Dries Mertens volleyed home for Belguim as they trashed Panama 3-0.

He dinked the ball into the box, a number of heads cleared back to him who then waste no time by hitting the ball on a volley from the right side in the 18-yard box into the bottom left corner. A superb volley.

3: Dennis Cheryshev's second goal vs Saudi Arabia is absolutely indisputable. Cheryshev scored a brace as Russia run riot over helpless Saudi Arabian side by 5-0.
