When Zlatan Ibrahimovic signed for Manchester United, club legend, 'King' Eric Cantona offered him the title of Prince of Manchester but he declined the offer saying"I admire Cantona. And I heard what he said. But I won't be King of Manchester. I will be God of Manchester".Â
This seemed like an obvious attempt to claim the title of 'King of Manchester' from Cantona and the lifestyle he has started attests to his kingly demeanour.
According to the Sun UK, Ibrahimovic has rented an incredible £16,500-a-month mansion in Cheshire, Manchester and has shipped in a fleet of cars worth $1.5m from Paris as he settles into life at his new club.
The mansion has large living room areas, 6 bedrooms, outdoor swimming pool, large garden, stylish white kitchen with state-of-the-art facilities,a funky two-height dining table as well as a gym for the 34-year-old to keep fit in.
