Accra Hearts of Oak look to win the (Ghana League Clubs Association) GHALCHA G6 tournament and take the crown from rivals Kumasi Asante Kotoko.

Meanwhile Japanese Ambassador to Ghana, His Excellency (HE) Lt Col Yoshifumi Fukuyama JGSDF has expressed his disappointment with the separation of former coach, Kenichi Yatsuhashi and the club acknowledging that since his departure to purportedly further his coaching course, the Japanese community which used to patronise Hearts of Oak games have halted their participation.

The ambassador himself submitted that he has not been following the Phobians keenly since his country man left the club on June 20, 2016.

The Japanese community had started making waves at various stadia and in the media by amassing at venues Hearts played at boosting the revenue of the club but a string of poor games at home meant the team faced an uncertain future in the premiership despite winning away games quite comfortably.

Issues of insubordination on the coach’s part also proved too tasking on the nerves of management who parted ways with the Japanese coach.
