Assistant Coach of the senior national side, Maxwell Konadu has opined that the Black Stars game against South African side ‘Bafana Bafana’ was a good test ahead of the Egypt game.
The Stars took the lead thorough Mubarak Wakaso thanks to a penalty awarded in the 36th minute but Ayanda Patosi equalised for the South African lads ending the game in a draw.
“Both teams took control of each half. We dominated the first half but they came in strongly in the second half,†Mr. Konadu observed.
He added the match revealed weaknesses which coach Abraham Avram Grant and his good-self will work on before the Egypt World Cup qualifying game.
