Two of the biggest personalities in the Premier League go head-to-head on Monday when Liverpool welcome Manchester United to Anfield in a blockbuster clash as the EPL returns after the international break.

Jurgen Klopp's high-flying Reds go into the match trailing leaders Manchester City by two points, while Jose Mourinho's Red Devils have endured a stop-start opening to the new campaign.

The first meeting between the two saw Borussia Dortmund, then managed by Klopp, come out on top over Mourinho's Real Madrid in a Champions League clash.
Robert Lewandowski netted a 36th-minute opener for the Germans and, although Cristiano Ronaldo cancelled it out within two minutes, Marcel Schmelzer hit the home side's winner in the 64th minute.Â
The result, which took Dortmund to the top of the group ahead of Mourinho's men, was described by Klopp as a 'sensational evening'.
Speaking after the game, he said: 'It feels overwhelming. It was a sensational evening, and you can only imagine something like this in your wildest dreams.'Â

The second instalment of Klopp vs Mourinho came at the Bernabeu, with Real hosting Dortmund in the Champions League Group D return.
The Spanish heavyweights shared the spoils with the Bundesliga giants but would not have been unhappy with a point - they twice came back from behind.
Marco Reus, the Dortmund star, had given the Germans the lead before Pepe drew Mourinho's side level.
Alvaro Arbeloa scored an own goal to put Dortmund back in front before Mesut Ozil equalised with a couple of minutes remaining.Â

With a place in the 2013 Champions League final at Wembley at stake, there was plenty riding on this first leg in Germany.
Who would take the advantage going into the second leg in Madrid? Well, what occurred at Signal Iduna Park would have come as a shock to many.Â
Robert Lewandowski produced a striker's masterclass as his four goals sealed a stunning 4-1 victory over Mourinho's men.Â
The Poland star opened the scoring before Ronaldo pegged the visitors back on the stroke of half-time.Â
However, three further goals from Lewandowski, now starring for Bayern Munich, gave Dortmund a spectacular lead going into the second leg.
The result was Mourinho's biggest defeat in 106 Champions League games - and Real's third consecutive Champions League semi-final under the Portuguese. Â

With Real trailing 4-1 from the first leg, spectators were expecting a frenetic start to this Bernabeu clash as they looked to somehow book their spot in the final.
But the goals didn't come until the last 10 minutes, although Dortmund did survive a frantic finish to seal a Wembley date with German rivals Bayern.
Karim Benzema gave the home side hope from close range in the 82nd minute and Sergio Ramos scored a second with two minutes of the 90 remaining.Â
Chelsea 1-3 Liverpool - Premier League, October 2015
Klopp took his Liverpool side to Stamford Bridge in only his third Premier League game after taking over the reins from Brendan Rodgers.Â
Having drawn with Tottenham and Southampton, the Reds travelled to west London to face a Mourinho side who had endured a poor start to the defence of their title.
And the German manager once again got the better of his Portuguese counterpart - and in stunning fashion, too.
Two spectacular goals from Philippe Coutinho and Christian Benteke's late strike cancelled out Ramires' opening goal as the pressure on Mourinho increased.
The defeat meant this was Chelsea's worst start to a league season since 1978-79 with Mourinho losing nine of his last 17 games in all competitions.
The Champions League-winning manager was ultimately relieved of his duties by the Stamford Bridge outfit but returned to management with United this summer. Daily Mail
