Video: Sosu to use Hearts of Oak duo as ambassadors for Madina Sports Project

Member of Parliament for Madina Xavier Sosu has hinted that Hearts of Oak duo Ibrahim Larry Sumaila and Nurudeen Abdul Aziz will be used for his Sports Project.

He made this known when the duo met and presented their 2020/21 Ghana Premier League medals to him at the Eid-ul-Adha prayer feast in Madina.

The MP hailed the duo for their immense contribution in helping Hearts of Oak come to the spotlight again. He further urged them to do more in order to attain greater heights.

"On behalf of Madina I want to congratulate Ibrahim Larry Sumaila and Nurudeen Abdul Aziz for their contribution to bringing fame to Hearts of Oak and I am hoping that as a member of Parliament I can work them, support and promote them to make sure that beyond playing for Hearts of Oak, some of them one day will be playing at Chelsea, Manchester United ..." he said.

According to him, following their good deeds we would like them to be ambassadors of his Madina Sports Projects.

"... we have the MP's sports development project and since you are part of the Madina we can use you as ambassadors for MP's sports project."

Hearts of Oak last Satruday were crowned 2020/21 Ghana Premier League champions.

In all the Phobians played 34 games, winning 17, 10 by way of draw and losing 7 in the process.

The Rainbow club scored 45 goals and concedeced 23 goals
