Delta wins Best Airline Staff Service in North America at 2025 Skytrax Awards

Delta has been awarded Best Airline Staff Service in North America for 2025 by Skytrax. The honor, based entirely on customer feedback, signals a global recognition for the welcoming, elevated and caring service its employees deliver to millions of customers every day.

Presented at the Skytrax World Airline Awards at the Paris Air Show, the award underscores Delta’s commitment to delivering an elevated experience powered by thoughtful service and a people-first culture. From check-in to boarding call and every step in between, Delta teams continue to redefine what it means to take care of customers.
