Let's join hands to build a Ghana Beyond Aid - Chief of Staff

Ghana Beyond Aid, Ghana’s Chief of Staff, Akosua Frema Osei Opare, has charged Ghanaians to join hands to help achieve the vision of  President Nana Akufo-Addo.

According to the Chief of Staff, Ghana Beyond Aid cannot not be achieved immediate unless all and sundry join to help accomplish the vision.  

 She emphasized that no country worldwide had thrived by depending solely on donor support.

 Speaking at the “Seventh Heroes of Distinction Awards” in Accra, the chief of staff reechoed that, a dependable foundation had been laid with the introduction of initiatives like the “planting for food and jobs” and the “one-district one-factory", which aimed at exploiting local resources in various districts to aid Ghana archive an industrial revolution.

 The chief of staff who was honoured at the “Seventh Heroes of Distinction Awards” for her contribution to Ghana politics and distinguished professional career also appealed to financial institution to cut down interest on loans to enable young entrepreneurs to access capital to establish their own businesses which will by extension contribute to the vision of Ghana Beyond Aid.

Akufo Addo reveals how Ghana Beyond Aid  will be achieved

The President  Akufo Addo, says the realisation of his vision of Ghana Beyond Aid requires a deliberate, qualitative change in all aspects of our lives.

According to Akufo Addo the main facet through which Ghana Beyond Aid lies in the "structure of our economy, the nature of our infrastructure, the education of our young people and acquisition of skills, and, above all, in our attitudes and holding firm to the values that define us.
