No cameras during Amissah-Arthur filing past - family warns

The late former Vice-President of Ghana, Kwesi Amissah-Arthur, will be buried on Friday, 27 July at the Military Cemetery, Burma Camp, Accra.

According to the family of the late Veep,  Amissah-Arthur will be laid in state at the foyer of the Accra International Conference Centre (AICC) on Thursday, July 26. 

In a statement from the family, Filing past for the general public on that day will be between 8:00 am and 6:00 pm and no camera will be allowed in the foyer. 

The statement signed by the brother of the late Amissah Arthur, Jabesh Amissah-Arthur added that "A burial service will be held in the auditorium of the Accra International Conference Centre from 9:00 am to 12:00noon. Additional seating will be available at the forecourt of State House and the service will be streamed live as well.

The mortal remains of the former Vice President will be driven through some principal streets of Accra after the Burial service".
