Villa Monticello, has attributed it's accolade as the leading hotel in Ghana at the 2017 World Travel Awards, to the delivery of exceptional services to customers.
In an interview with primenewsghana on the sideline of a ceremony to unveil the award to the media, Executive Chef at the hotel Ruby Paintsil said the  quality of service to customers has been the focus since  inception and this has translated into awards at the World Travel Awards.
According to her, despite having a limited room of 16, Â the services match up to all world class hotel standards within and without the country.
Villa Monticello has for the fourth time been adjudged Ghana’s leading hotel at the 2017 World Travel Awards (WTA).
The hotel was also recognised as Ghana’s leading boutique hotel and Ghana’s leading hotel suite with their Kwame Nkrumah Presidential suite at the ceremony held in Kigali, Rwanda on October 10, 2017.
The World Travel Awards which seeks to acknowledge, reward and celebrate excellence across all sectors of the global tourism industry has seen Villa Monticello since its commencement in 2011 won a total of six coveted World Travel Awards.
