NDC Race: Goosie Tanoh to embark on final campaign ahead of primaries

National Democratic Congress (NDC) flagbearer hopeful Goosie Tanoh is set to embark on his final campaign tour in Accra ahead of the presidential primaries.

The NDC have scheduled their primaries for February 23, 2018.

Goosie Tanoh who celebrated his 63rd birthday on Thursday is among seven presidential candidate hopefuls of the NDC.

Mr. Tanoh is expected to round up his campaign in Accra with his Organising for Ghana’ team.

He has already met and had discussions with delegates in all regions across the country.

All the seven aspirants

The second leg of the Accra campaign will afford his campaign an opportunity to share with delegates their message of hope and a brighter future built around grassroots and community empowerment, support for women, youth and farmers, job creation, transparency, accountability, and social justice.

Goosie Tanoh is number 6 on the ballot paper and will hope delegates vote massively for him to become the flagbearer of the NDC ahead of the 2020 elections.

On Monday, he will be at Dome-Kwabenya, Ayawaso West Wuogon, Madina, Adenta, Ayawaso East, Ayawaso Central, and Ayawaso North.
