Former President John Dramani Mahama has stated the current administration led by Nana Akufo-Addo has the highest record of abandoned projects started by previous governments.

He indicated that it has been the practice that projects left uncompleted by previous governments are always completed by succeeding governments but this is not the case under the Akufo-Addo-led-government.

He said the current government has decided not to complete most projects that were started during the Mahama administration.

Speaking to TV XYZ, the former President said the reason why this government hasn’t completed projects that were started during his tenure is because the current government doesn’t want people to identify the Mahama government as the government that started the projects.

The former President also tasked the media to apportion blame to the Nana Addo-led administration and stop confronting the issue as a general problem in the country.

“The media should put the blame where it is,” he stressed.
