South Africa Head coach Desiree Ellis is hoping to beat Nigeria for the second time in the tournament and also clinch the African Women's Championship trophy on Saturday.

Chrestinah Kgatlana and Lebohang Ramalepe goals against Mali at the Cape Coast stadium ensured that coach Desiree Ellies and her side book their ticket for the finals of the tournament.

The Banyana Banyana defeated Nigeria 1-0 in their first Group B game at the Cape Coast Stadium.

And according to Desiree Ellis, South Africa will execute a game plan against Nigeria and she is confident the tactics will be successful for the second time.

“We will work together as a team and plan again. And hope to execute the plan because that’s all it is about. We have never won the Women’s AFCON and we are going to give it shot and see what happens on Saturday,” said Ellis.

South Africa will meet Nigeria in the finals of the 2018 African Women Cup Of Nations at the Accra Sports Stadium on Saturday.

Cameroon and Mali will battle for the third and fourth place of the tournament.
