The Ghana Football Association (GFA) has released the official list of head coaches for all 18 clubs ahead of the 2025/26 Ghana Premier League season.
The list features a mix of newly appointed managers and sustained coaches, with some clubs opting for continuity while others brought in fresh faces to take charge.
Among the notable new appointments is Mas-Ud Didi Dramani, who takes over at Hearts of Oak SC, and Ahmed Ibrahim Fathi of Egypt, who has been named head coach of Swedru All Blacks FC. Hohoe United also unveiled Tijani Abdul Rahim Bashiru as their new manager, while Stephen Desmond-Issah Botchway will lead Bechem United FC.

On the sustained side, clubs like Asante Kotoko SC (with Abdul Karim Zito), Bibiani Goldstars SC (Frimpong Manso), and Aduana FC (Cioba Aristica from Romania) have maintained their coaches for another season.
The announcement also saw big names such as Bashir Hayford (Heart of Lions FC) and Samuel Boadu (Berekum Chelsea FC) keeping their positions, while Nii Odartey Lamptey has been handed the reins at Eleven Wonders FC.
The 2025/2026 Ghana Premier League (GPL) season will kick off tonight, September 12, 2025.
The opening fixture will see Accra Hearts of Oak host newly promoted Hohoe United at the Accra Sports Stadium at 7:00 pm.
President John Dramani Mahama is expected to perform the ceremonial kick-off.
