Asante Kotoko have installed security cameras (CCTV) at every gate of the Baba Yara stadium as part of measures to enhance safety and security ahead of the CAF Confederation Cup match against Zesco United on Wednesday.
According to the Porcupine Warriors management, these security measures will check unusual events that happen at the stadium gate before, during and after the match.
"We discovered people trooping in and jumping over the walls into the stadium in our previous matches, and it is, therefore, necessary to put security measures to curb such occurrence", George Amoako noted.
Supporters are reminded that Asante Kotoko's crucial match against Zesco United in the CAF Confederation Cup on Wednesday, February 13, 2019, is scheduled at 4:00 pm local time.
