The Black Queens of Ghana who are the senior female national team have maintained their 46th position in the latest FIFA Women's ranking.
The rankings which were released on Friday, 23 March 2018 sees the Black Queens as the second highest ranked African team behind Nigeria.
The Black Queens winning the inaugural WAFU Zone B Cup of Nations in Cote d'Ivoire last month boosted their points build-up.
