Chelsea legend Didier Drogba believes Paris-Saint Germain’s forward, Kylian Mbappe has all that it takes to win the 2018 Ballon d’Or.

The French forward is part of a 30-man shortlist for the coveted individual award alongside Cristiano Ronaldo and Lionel Messi who have dominated the award for the last 10 years.

However, reports claim that the duo will not be part of the final shortlist paving way for the 19-year-old Frenchman and Croatia’s Luka Modric to lead the way.

Drogba, who recently announced his retirement from football told Goal, “It would be really nice to see Kylian Mbappe win it. It would be refreshing.

“But Ronaldo is still there, he’s still a machine. He won all these Champions League trophies, changed leagues to go to Juventus, and he’s still scoring goals there. The man is just unbelievable.
