FIFA can never dissolve the GFA EXCO – Kojo Yankah

Western Regional Football Chairman, Kojo Yankah says the Federation of International Football Association (FIFA) will be unable to dissolve the Executive Committee member of the Ghana Football Association.

FIFA after meeting the government of Ghana outlined several steps to resolve the current football crisis and one of the decisions they made was to take steps to form a normalization committee to replace the GFA EXCO.

However, Kojo Yankah, who is an Exco Member argued that FIFA can not dissolve the Executive Committee as the Normalisation Committee will be set up to normalise the situation.

“The Normalisation committee will just come and normalize the situation and hand over to the GFA EXCO Members,” Kojo Yankah said in an interview with Asempa FM"

The Normalisation Committee members are expected to be announced soon.
