Football should return at the right time- Hearts PRO

The Public Relations Officer of Accra Hearts of Oak Kwame Opare Addo, says the process of resuming Ghana Football should not be rushed and football should resume at the appropriate time time.

All officials football activities have been halted after the Anas Number 12 expose but Opare Addo believes that Ghanaians should be patient so the powers that be, restructure our game to make it better.

"At Hearts of Oak we support zero tolerance to corruption, we all agree football must come back but it has to come back at the most appropriate time",

"We should make sure the sanity we want in the game is what we will get, it is unfortunate that football in not been played currently but it is worth waiting for",

"If the delay will bring sanity in our game it will be best for Ghana as we all will enjoy, the rot is enough and we must get rid of it". He told Asempa FM.

The Anas expose caught some football referees accepting bribes and influencing games.

A lot of development has come up after the expose, all football activities are currently halted with the government bent on dissolving the Ghana Football Association.
