Fomer Kumasi Asante Kotoko striker who currently plays for Aduana, Yahaya Mohammed believes his side have a greater chance of progressing to the next stage of the CAF Champions League than Kotoko, who are competing in the CAF Confederation Cup.

Aduana lost 1-0 to Al Tahaddy in Egypt while Kotoko won by the same scoreline against CARA at the Baba Yara Stadium.

Yahaya believes that despite the lose, his side can overturn the scoreline since they are playing at Dormaa in the second leg but Kotoko will have a mountain to climb as they play away from home.

"Aduana Stars have a better chance of progressing to the next stage than Kumasi Asante Kotoko," Mohammed stated on Zylofon FM.

"It's difficult for Kotoko to sit at home and win 1-0. This is my first time in my career that I have seen five penalties in a game, it funny"
