The Ghana Football Association has warned all Clubs that the only source of media accreditation for the 2015/16 Ghana Premier League is the Association adding that it will deal with any Club which refuses entry to media men who have the approved accreditation.

In press release issued on Wednesday afternoon, the FA said:

It has come to the attention of the Ghana Football Association that some Premier League clubs are in the process of issuing media accreditation cards for their home matches.

The GFA wishes to announce for the information of all stakeholders, particularly Premier League clubs and the media that the only source of media accreditation for the Ghana Premier League is the GFA.

Clubs who are in the process of issuing their own media accreditation cards are strongly advised to desist from that. Members of the media are also advised to avoid using such cards, as bearers of these club media accreditation cards will not be granted access to cover any Premier League matches.

This press release might have been triggered by photos on social media by premier league debutants Techiman City who have printed their own media accreditations, paramedics and food vendors accreditations.
