Brighton & Hove Albion have reached an agreement with Nordsjaelland to sign coveted attacker Ibrahim Osman.

The 19-year-old Ghanaian forward has been pursued by a host of clubs but it is Brighton who have managed to strike a deal, which would see Osman arrive in the summer.

They have seen an offer worth around €19.5million accepted by Danish top-flight side Nordsjaelland and Osman has completed a medical ahead of the move being officially confirmed.

Osman has made 27 appearances for Nordsjaelland, having made his first-team debut last season, scoring two goals.

The forward joined Nordsjaelland from the Right to Dream Academy in Ghana and made his senior debut for the Danish club in February 2023.

Osman follows the same path as Brighton’s Ivorian forward Simon Adingra, who joined the south coast club having started his career at the Right to Dream Academy before moving to Nordsjaelland.

Brighton completed the signing of Argentine left-back Valentin Barco from Boca Juniors and winger Adrian Mazilu from Romanian side FCV Varul in the January transfer window.
