Asante Kotoko is set to face Nigeria’s Kwara United in the preliminary round of the 2025/26 CAF Confederation Cup.
The Ghanaian giants will host the first leg before travelling to Abuja for the return fixture.
The first leg match is scheduled between September 19 and 21, 2025, with the second leg to follow from September 26 to 28.
The winner of this tie will advance to meet Moroccan powerhouse Wydad Athletic Club in the second round of the preliminary round of games.
Kotoko earned their place in the competition by clinching the 2024/25 Ghana FA Cup, narrowly defeating lower-tier side Golden Kick FC 2-1 in the final.
