Former Communications Director of the Ghana Football Association (GFA), Randy Abbey has responded to the comments made by Kojo Addae-Mensah that the Executive Committee should be banned.
Randy Abbey has disagreed with Sports Enthusiasts, Kojo Addae Mensah over the banning of the Executive Committee by the Normalisation Committee.
The latter urged the Normalisation Committee to place a 10-year ban to the Exco members amid Anas Aremeyaw Anas 'Number 12' video.

“I disagree with Kojo Addae Mensah for saying that the EXCO members who weren’t captured in the Anas video should be banned for years,â€Â Randy Abbey told Happy FM.
“The Normalization committee doesn’t have the power to prevent the Exco members from contesting for a position unless there’s a law that prevents them from doing that.†He concluded.

The members constituting the Normalisation Committee are Kofi Amoah (Liaison Team Chairman),Lucy Quist (Deputy), Naa Odofoley Nortey (Board member of Attorney General's Department), and Dr Lawyer Dua Adonten (Former Kotoko Board member)Â
