The Black Stars have returned to their training routine after Friday’s 1-1 stalemate with Cameroon in the U-23 AFCON tournament.

Coach Ibrahim Tanko took his 21 players through their paces in an intense session as they prepare for their next opponent.

Ghana is set to play hosts Egypt in their second group match of the tournament. The game is scheduled for Monday at 6: 00 pm.

Ghana now needs a win against Egypt to boost chances of making it to the semi-finals and after earning only a point in her opening game.

Ghana had to come from behind to behind to salvage a draw on Friday. Bayern Munich teenage sensation Frank Evina opened the scoring with a beautiful free-kick on the hour mark for Cameroon before Habib Mohammed equalized three minutes to time to salvage a draw for the Black Meteors.

The Black Meteors final group match is against Mali on November 14.
