Hearts of Oak midfield dynamo Winful Cobbinah has lamented the performance of referee Dally Gagba in the Super clash as they drew 1-1 with Kotoko at the Baba Yara Stadium yesterday.

According to him the referee on the day was a 13th man for the porcupine warriors.

Asante Kotoko fought back from a goal down to earn a 1-1 draw against fierce rivals Hearts of Oak on their return to the field after the tragedy that struck them on July 12.

"We didn't lose concentration, but I can say the referee was on their side, He awarded a penalty which should not have been given."
"He made his mind to give Kotoko a point and this is not good for Ghana Football," Cbbinah added

The Penalty on the day sparked wild debate across the Country as the ball looked to have struck the arm of Leonard Tawiah.
