Tema based artiste, Stay Jay has disclosed that his performance at the just ended Rapperholic 2018 was not free even though he and Sarkodie are close pals. Â
It is believed that when a colleague artiste invites you to come and support his project with a performance, they normally come with a 'free show'.
But it seems that is different for the 'Shashee wowo' hitmaker who has been away from the music scene for a long time.
In a studio interview with Sammy Flex on 'Showbiz Agenda' on Zylofon Fm, he made it clear that Sarkodie paid him for his performance at the 2018 Rapperholic concert at the Accra International Conference Center (AICC).
As to the exact amount Sarkodie paid him is yet not confirm but one can say Stay Jay having a lot of hit songs like 'Sue' which has Sarkodie on it, 'Yenko Nkoaa', 'My Baby' and several others can take not less than GHS 5,000.
