I will never engage myself in any form of controversy again – Yaw Berk

Ghanaian Afrobeats singer Amoah Yaw Randy aka Yaw Berk has vowed to stay off any form of controversy in order to build on his musical career.

The budding singer was previously involved in a feud with his former record label Highly Spiritual Music as well as issues with his rent amongst other things.

Speaking in an interview with GNA, Yaw Berk maintained that he was ready to put all his past dealings behind and have a fresh start with a focused mind to achieve his new goal.

According to the talented singer and rapper, some controversies in the past had affected his growth in the industry but he had learned from his mistakes and was ready to make amends by giving his fans some new bangers.

 “My career so far has been both up and down. My personal life found its way into the news but this year I’m focused on doing more music with fewer controversies. I don’t want to engage my music with any form of controversies or beef,” Yaw mentioned.

“I feel I need to be more consistent, something I have not been able to do over past years and it is something I am really working hard about,” he added.

Yaw Berk further said that his focus would be on contributing his quota to help in the development of Ghanaian music.

Yaw Berk is a rapper and a songwriter based in Ghana. He started making music at age 12, he is currently signed to Inner Heitz Entertainment.

Yaw Berk has been on several platforms including the most popular Television Reality show, MTN HITMAKER, he has an album ‘Iamyawberk’ which was released in 2019.
