President Akufo-Addo has represented the people of Dagbon well as he wore a beautiful smock "Batakari" at the outdooring of the new Yaa Naa.
The President who arrived in Tamale yesterday indeed identified himself with the people of Yendi with this unique dressing which is the traditional dress of the indigenous in the Northern Region.
He wore a light yellow smock with a long boot which indeed meant we are one as a people and share in each other's culture and tradition.
The outdooring of Yaa Naa Abukari Mahama II is currently ongoing in Tamale.
