Week two matches of the Ghana Premier League were played with Kotoko picking up a vital win against Inter Allies at the Baba Yara Stadium on Sunday, March 25, 2018.

The Porcupine warriors who picked up a point last week at Sogakope have now won their first match of the new season at the Baba Yara Stadium.

Inter Allies were confident ahead of the game after their good start against Bechem United last week.

They were able to prevent Kotoko from scoring in the first half until Obed Owusu struck for Kotoko in the 52nd minute.

That goal was enough to hand the porcupines all 3 points and condemn Kenichi Yatsuhashi to his first Ghana Premier League defeat since he took charge of Inter Allies.
