Mohammed Kudus will be out until April with a quad injury, Tottenham Hotspur manager Thomas Frank said on Thursday.
The 25-year-old suffered the injury during Sunday's draw with Sunderland, which left them 14th in the table.
"That is one where we expect him back after the March international break," Frank told reporters.
As a result, Kudus is expected to be omitted from Ghana’s squad for the March 30 friendly against Germany in Stuttgart.
The international break is scheduled from March 23-31.
Kudus' absence is a significant setback for the Black Stars, who view the match as a crucial preparation ahead of the 2026 FIFA World Cup, where they will face England, Croatia, and Panama in Group L.
Ghana will also be without defender Mohammed Salisu, who has been ruled out for the remainder of the season following an anterior cruciate ligament injury.
