Real Madrid have made history by winning their 12th UEFA UEFA Champions League trophy and  becoming the first club to successfully defend the title by beating Juventus 4-1 in the final.
The match which was played at the Cardiff stadium in Wales saw Madrid draw first blood as early as the 20th minutes with a low strike inside the eighteen yard box.
Juventus struck back after just 8 minutes with an overhead kick from Mario Mandzukic to tie the scores at 1-1 at half time.
The second half begun with Madrid dominating play, getting their second goal from a deflected shot by Casimero in the 61st minute.
Madrid then took total control of the game, Cristiano Ronaldo found his second on the day and Madrid's 3rd in the game after connecting to a Modric cross inside the box. .
Subtitute Marco Asensio sealed the game with a tap in to make it 4-1 to Madrid.
Real Madrid will now face Manchester United in Uefa super cup later this year..
