Techiman Eleven Wonders CEO, Takyi Arhin has expressed his great disapproval with the decision of the Normalisation Committee to request money from the government to fund their activities.

Takyi Arhin explicitly expressed his dissatisfaction following the Normalisation Committee decision to request money from the government in order to carry their activities effectively.

The Normalization Committee requested for a whopping amount of GH₵ 7.2 million ($1.5 million) from the Government of Ghana to enable them to carry out its mandate.

Takyi Arhin has entreated the Normalisation Committee to seek for sponsors in order to carry out their activities instead of the "taxpayers" money.

"The Normalisation Committee should go for sponsorship money not taxpayers money,

"Our taxes cannot be used to fund the activities of a private organisation," Takyi told Asempa FM

It remains to be seen whether or not the Government of Ghana will accept the request of the Normalisation Committee.
