Egypt's health ministry has announced 12 more cases of people carrying the coronavirus in the country.
They were passengers on a cruise on the River Nile heading to the southern city of Aswan from Luxor, state TV reports.

Egypt was the first country in Africa to report cases of the coronavirus. It had previously confirmed three cases, with one fully recovered after treatment.
