Glorious Word Ministry head pastor, Isaac Owusu Bempah says he is not surprised by the turn of events regarding the incarceration of the Montie 3.

Mr Bempah claims he had foreseen such a happening during the 31st December night long service in 2015 and warned that unless special prayers were offered, the victims would be detained.

“I prophesied that some people will be jailed for speaking against the Supreme Court judges and we prayed to stop it but people condemned me and it has come to pass.

“Political commentators and radio presenters must be circumspect in their utterances ahead of this elections year. We have prayed against any violence but their action can plunge Ghana into chaos.

"All politicians should take note and stay away from commentaries that are likely to compromise, embarrass or impugn the integrity of the Supreme Court and all other constitutionally mandated bodies which are dully performing their duties" he told Adom News.

Justice Sophia Akuffo on Wednesday July 27, 2016 incarcerated panellists Alistair Nelson and Ako Gunn as well as host of the 'Pampaso' show on Montie FM, Salifu Maase a.k.a. Mugabe for four months plus a fine of 10,000 cedis each over threats to justices of the supreme court over NHIS registrants deleted from the voters register.

Directors of Network Broadcasting Company, operators of Montie FM, Edward Addo, Ato Ahwoi and Kwesi Kyei Atuah have also  been fined 30,000 cedis and have to pay by close of day Thursday July 28, 2016. Harry Zakour, owner of the frequency was also fined 30,000 cedis.
