Political parties must offer manifestos in braille also – Disabled Prez

The President of the Ghana Federation of the Disabled, Rita Kusi says its time political parties took handicapped members of the society seriously.

She noted that it was only fair that manifestos of the parties have braille versions so that visually impaired members can also scrutinize the various policy options available to know who to vote for.

 

According to Madam Kusi, the disabled require the political players to work on inclusive education, mental health and enhance employment opportunities to make their life bearable.
