Doctor in charge of the Advanced Body Sculpt Centre known as Obengfo Hospital, Dr Dominic Obeng Andoh also known as Dr Obengfo has for the first time broken silence on the controversial death of Stacy Darko.

According to Dr Obengfo, the former Deputy CEO of the National Entrepreneurship Innovation Plan (NEIP), Stacy Offei Darko came to him for Liposuction and transfer of fat.

Liposuction, or simply lipo, is a type of cosmetic surgery that removes fat from the human body in an attempt to change its shape.

According to Dr Obengfo, Stacy Offei Darko has been his client since 2014 and that he has performed first surgery on her even before her second return where she lost her life.

Dr Obengfo was on May 2018 remanded into custody for his role in the mysterious death of Stacy Offei Darko whom until her untimely death was the deputy CEO of National Entrepreneurship Innovative Programme (NEIP).

According to the family, the body of the deceased was deposited at the morgue within four hours after her death and was informed about the incident three days later.

This development infuriated the family and friends of the deceased leading to the arrest of Dr Obengfo.

But on July 29, 2018, Dr Dominic Obeng-Andoh was granted bail by an Accra High Court.

Speaking on Asempa FM, Ekosiisen programme monitored by PrimenewsGhana, Dr Obengfo stated categorically that Stacy Offei Darko did not die through Liposuction and transfer of fat but die later after the surgery.

He, therefore, added that because the issue is in court, he won't speak further until the court passes its verdict.
